The Founders Table was not created as a community.
It was established out of necessity.
There are very few spaces where women can speak honestly about what it requires to build.
Not perform.
Not posture.
Not maintain perception. Build.
Most rooms are designed for visibility.
Very few are designed for truth, discipline, and real work.
The Founders Table was created to hold that standard.
It began with a small number of women committed to building in earnest. Women willing to examine their decisions, confront their realities, and move with intention.
The room remains controlled.
The standard remains high.
The work remains the focus.

The Founders Table is a private circle for women who are actively building.
This is not a networking group.
This is not a social space.
This is not driven by visibility or performance.
This is a room for women doing the work.
Women navigating structure, capital, growth, and authorship in real time. Women making decisions that carry weight. Women committed to building something that holds.
Each woman contributes to the rigor of the room.
Conversations are honest.
Standards are high.
Time is respected.

The Founders Table is not open.
Participation is intentional and considered.
Women enter the room through invitation or by request. Every request is reviewed with care to ensure alignment with the standard of the Table.
This is not about visibility, stage, or scale.
It is about seriousness, discipline, and the work itself.
If you are building and seeking a room that matches your level of commitment, you may request consideration.
