Shipping Carriers
Orders ship through USPS or UPS.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, including the Thanksgiving through New Year holiday season, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and carrier rates.

Shipping Delays
Processing and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise communicated to you, we reserve the right to notify you of the delay and provide available options in accordance with applicable law.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance items, beanies, limited edition items, and other marked final sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, whether opened or unopened.

Fragrance products may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or sensitivity in some individuals. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that individual skin chemistry and sensitivity vary.

We strongly encourage customers to order a sample before purchasing a full size bottle so they may evaluate fragrance preference, body chemistry, and potential sensitivity.

Before full use, apply a small amount to a limited area of skin and monitor for irritation. Discontinue use immediately if redness, burning, itching, rash, or other irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children. If you have known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical concerns, consult your physician before use.

SANCTUAIRE DE FLEURS is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products except as otherwise required by law.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 days after the expected delivery date, please text us at 404-706-4401. We will initiate a carrier review or claim where appropriate and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in our discretion or as required by law.

Stolen Packages
If a package shows as delivered but you believe it was stolen, please check with neighbors, building staff, and any available security footage. Please contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date, and we will determine what assistance may be available.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 404-706-4401 and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued only where required by law or where approved by SANCTUAIRE DE FLEURS in connection with verified lost or damaged orders. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
