 The Art of Wearing Fragrance 

SANCTUAIRE DE FLEURS fragrances are handcrafted in small batches using aromatic materials selected to create highly concentrated, expressive compositions. Our Parfum Absolu fragrances contain a high concentration of fragrance materials and are intended to be worn thoughtfully.

Fragrance is personal, and individual sensitivity to aromatic ingredients can vary. We encourage every wearer to become familiar with a fragrance before applying it more broadly.

Patch test your fragrance before regular use.

Apply a small amount to a limited area of clean, intact skin, such as the inner wrist or forearm. Allow the fragrance to dry completely and observe the area before broader use.

Do not patch test on skin that is irritated, broken, recently shaved, sunburned or otherwise compromised.

A patch test cannot guarantee that a reaction will never occur. Sensitivities can develop or change over time, even to products previously used without difficulty.

SANCTUAIRE DE FLEURS fragrances are highly concentrated. A small application may be sufficient.

Spray lightly onto clean, intact skin from a comfortable distance and allow the fragrance to dry naturally. Avoid rubbing the application area immediately after spraying.

Fragrance may also be applied to clothing, but aromatic materials can discolor, stain or otherwise affect some fabrics and finishes. Test an inconspicuous area first. Exercise particular care with delicate, light-colored, vintage or specialty fabrics, jewelry and finished surfaces.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Keep fragrance away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not use while smoking or near an open flame. Allow fragrance applied to the skin to dry before approaching an ignition source.

Do not apply to broken, irritated, inflamed or otherwise compromised skin.

If fragrance enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If irritation or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use. Seek appropriate medical attention for a severe, persistent or concerning reaction.

Use only as directed.

Fragrances contain complex mixtures of aromatic ingredients. Natural and synthetic fragrance materials may cause irritation or allergic reactions in susceptible individuals.

If you have known fragrance allergies, sensitive skin, a history of contact dermatitis or another condition that may affect your response to fragranced products, review the product information carefully and consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you.

Discontinue use if you experience irritation, burning, itching, swelling, rash or another unexpected reaction.

Some fragrance ingredients may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. As a precaution, avoid applying fragrance to areas that will receive substantial direct sun exposure when you do not know how your skin will respond.

If you anticipate significant sun exposure, consider applying fragrance to covered areas instead.

Because fragrances contain complex aromatic materials, minor variations in color or appearance may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect in the fragrance.

Store fragrance upright in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, open flame and significant temperature fluctuations.

Do not leave fragrance for extended periods in hot vehicles, direct sunlight or other high-temperature environments.

Keep the bottle securely closed when not in use.
