L'ABSOLU DE PARFUM
What is a Parfum Absolu?
A Parfum Absolu often called pure perfume is the most concentrated and enduring form of fragrance. While other compositions like eau de parfum or cologne contain more alcohol and less fragrance essence, a parfum absolu holds a higher concentration of aromatic compounds, resulting in a deeper, longer-lasting experience on the skin.
At SANCTUAIRE DE FLEURS, our parfum absolu formulations contain 34% pure fragrance, blended with precision to honor both strength and softness. These fragrances are composed to wear closer to the body, unfolding slowly over time and lingering with grace.
Because of their intensity and quality, parfum absolus do not require over-application. A few deliberate sprays are enough to leave a meaningful impression one that whispers rather than shouts.

EAU DE PARFUM 8%-20%
When shopping for fragrances you will find this is the most common offering to consumers. Depending on your body chemistry, EDP will last a few hours, perhaps the entire day.
EAU DE TOILETTE 4%-8%
This one is a little tricky. Eau de Toilette is a muted version of Eau de Parfum. Many of the fragrance houses you know offer Eau de Toilette as a less expensive and lighter version; however, Eau de Toilette is not always made up of the same notes as Eau de Parfum, so the fragrance carries differently due to its structure. Remember fragrance is art. It's all about what you like and prefer.
COLOGNE 2%-4%
When most think of cologne they think of a fragrance made for men. Cologne was traditionally worn by men who splashed it on as a freshener. Of course today we know, that both men and women wear cologne. It's all about preference. Some prefer colognes in the summer months because colognes tend to be lighter, evaporating more quickly, and the fragrance doesn't linger, but remember fragrance is art and the beauty is in the wearer.
