Shipping + Return + Privacy Policy
- Shipping Carrier: We ship via USPS or UPS. Free shipping on orders over $150.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Time: Standard shipping times are 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location.
- Shipping Costs: Complimentary shipping on all orders.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Complimentary Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact Naja at support@sanctuairedefleurs.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please use this label to return the item.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 15 days after the expected delivery date, please contact Naja support@sanctuairedefleurs.com. We will initiate an investigation with UPS. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Stolen Packages: If you suspect your package was stolen, please wait 15 days from the delivery date before contacting us. We recommend checking with neighbors and reviewing any security footage. After this period, we will assist with a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Naja at support@sanctuairedefleurs.com within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.
Additional Terms:
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Limited edition and final sale items are also non-returnable.
