Return Policy
 

Due to the nature of our fragrance formulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on fragrance items or beanies, whether opened or unopened. All fragrance and beanie purchases are considered final sale.
 

We strongly encourage ordering a sample size of your preferred fragrance before purchasing a full-size bottle. This allows you to test for skin sensitivity, allergies, and personal preference—ensuring the fragrance harmonizes beautifully with your body chemistry.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
 

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 15 days of the expected delivery date, text us at 404-566-7996. We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
 

Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was stolen, please wait 15 days after the marked delivery date, check with neighbors, and review any security footage. After this period, we’re happy to assist you.
